“Ageless Beauty. I am Aruba's oldest female competitive bodybuilder. Former school teacher, dancer, mature model and remedial educationalist.Since my 27 year I am lifting weights and I took care of my daily diet. I have been cardio regularly: running, cycling and dancing but last year I hang up my dancing shoes. My whole life I have worked, study, I did a lot of volunteer work, traveled a lot for my work but I took on daily bases time for myself: healthy diet and exercise. Aging is our destiny... but how you want to age is A CHOICE. I LIKE TO SHOW THE WORLD THAT AGE IS JUST A NUMBER and after 50/60 there is still a life to enjoy.
