Our commitment

Prooven respects the rights of creators and copyright holders. We index publicly available profile information only and host no content ourselves. If you are a creator (or their authorised representative) and want your listing removed or corrected, we will act promptly.

Fast-track removal for creators

If you simply want your profile removed from our directory, you don't need a formal legal notice. Email us the profile URL from an address that can verify your identity (for example, an address listed on your official channels) and we'll remove the listing, typically within a few business days.

Filing a DMCA notice

If you believe content linked or referenced on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes:

1. Your contact information (name, email, address).
2. A description of the copyrighted work and the specific URL(s) at issue.
3. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send notices and removal requests to hello@prooven.io. We may share the substance of a notice with relevant parties as needed to process your request.

Counter-notice

If a listing was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent details so we can review and, where appropriate, restore it.
