“🌟Fitness page for all the hardworking mamas out there. I see you! 🌟I will be posting my workouts, nutrition, self care and what I do to try and better myself and my mental health. 🌟I am a full-time single mom, head of household, who is extremely busy. I'm not claiming to be a fitness coach, nutrition expert, influencer, etc. Just sharing what I do while balancing a full-time job, two kids, fitness, self-care, sports schedules, school schedules and all the things us moms have on our plates! 🌟 I want people to feel good about themselves, I'm here to help motivate, so ask me anything, I'm here for it. 🌟I'm creating this page to separate m fitness and self-care from my personal social media platforms.
